Billing on
When off, usage is metered and shown to org admins, but nobody is charged. When on, invoices go out on the 1st for last month (under $5 carries over).
Pause new ingest keys
Set by the weekly unit-cost check when cost per GB is over $0.02; existing keys keep working. Switch it off to reopen.
